Our Office has significant experience representing those clients charged with Murder or Aggravated Murder.
Our offices’ lead attorney, Jill Flagg, is committed to the rights of those accused of murder and fighting the death penalty. Jill was the only female attorney in Summit County and the youngest lawyer in Ohio to be certified to accept court-appointed death penalty cases. She is a graduate of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Death Penalty Seminar and Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College Death Penalty College.
Our Office has an experienced trauma physician on staff to review an alleged victim’s medical records to assist in the defense.
