Not Guilty verdicts for an individual charged with Abduction, Felony Domestic Violence (F3), Violation of a Protection Order, and Obstruction of Justice. The alleged victim testified against the individual. The Jury acquitted in less than one hour. (Summit County, October 2006).

Dismissal of charges for an individual charged with Rape of a Minor under the age of Thirteen. The investigation revealed that the minor’s mother (the accuser) had significant mental heath issued that impacted the credibility of her accusation. (Summit County, February 2007).

Not Guilty verdicts for a man charged with Felony Domestic Violence (F4), Disrupting Public Services (F4), and Inducing Panic. The jury found the individual Guilty of misdemeanor charge of menacing. (Summit County, February 2007).

Not Guilty verdicts for an individual charged with Felony Domestic Violence (F3) and Domestic Violence Menacing. The alleged victim testified against the individual. The jury returned a verdict in less than one hour. (Summit County, January 2009).

Not Guilty verdicts for an individual charged with Felony Vandalism and Breaking and Entering. The individual was also was charged with Felony Theft. The jury was hung on the theft charge and the prosecutor amended that charge to a misdemeanor instead of proceeding to a new jury trial. (Summit County, April 2008).

Dismissal of the charge for an individual charged with Felony Unlawful Sexual Conduct with Minor. The Court dismissed the complaint after defense counsel pointed out serious flaws with the document. (Summit County/Barberton Municipal Court, May 2009).

Mistrial for an individual charged with Murder and felonious assault. The Judge declared a mistrial after third day of trial when the defense counsel pointed out that the prosecutors withheld important evidence. (Summit County, May 2008).

Conviction reversed for an individual convicted of Aggravated Robbery. The individual pled Guilty to the charge. The law office of Jill R. Flagg discovered that the individual did not enter into the plea knowing all the potential penalties. (Ninth District Court of Appeals, July 2009).

Conviction reversed for an individual charged with Felony Non-Support of Dependents (Ninth District Court of Appeals, June 2009).
